Shipments, Returns and Refunds
Orders are generally dispatched within 2-5 days after receipt of payment and shipped using various methods.
Whichever delivery option you select, we will provide you with an estimated time of delivery and keep you informed on the status thereof. Handling and transport fees are kept to the minimum to make home/business delivery the obvious choice.
Cleaning Depot do offer Free Shipping, based on Order Size and Delivery Area. On checkout you will be presented with an array of choices to pick from;
- FREE SHIPPING to MIDSTREAM,IRENE & HIGHVELD PARK CLIENTS.
- FREE SHIPPING to areas Centurion/Pretoria/Tshwane and Midrand for orders over R300. Other areas will be costed based on volume, value, and urgency.

- self-collection - Orders can also be collected after payment cleared Collect from Centurion (Midstream) on appointment at No Charge.
- We don't do cross-border shipping, except if pre-arranged by our customers.
Delivery options and charges are presented when placing your order online and at checkout. Our delivery charges are available upon inquiry. They are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
When orders are out of stock , or back-order; Cleaning Depot will deliver the Goods to you as soon as reasonably possible, but no later than 30 (thirty) days after receipt of your payment (“Delivery Period”). We will notify you if we are unable to deliver the Goods during the Delivery Period. You may then, within 7 (seven) days of receiving such notification elect whether or not to cancel your order for the Goods. If you elect to cancel your order, we will reimburse you for the purchase price.
A tracking number for each payment notification will be provided via email upon shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Cleaning Depot obligation to deliver a product to you is fulfilled when we deliver the product to the physical address ‘nominated by you for delivery of the order. Cleaning Depot is not responsible for any loss or unauthorized use of a product after it has delivered the product to the physical address nominated by you.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We shall take all reasonable efforts to accurately reflect the description, availability, purchase price and delivery charges of Goods on the Website. However, should there be any errors of whatsoever nature on the Website (which are not due to our negligence), we shall not be liable for any loss, claim or expense relating to a transaction based on an error, save – in the case of an incorrect purchase price – to the extent of refunding you for any amount already paid, or otherwise as set out in these terms and conditions.
Cleaning Depot complies with the Consumer Protection Act and should the customer change his/her mind regarding the product acquired, Cleaning Depot will refund the Customer, less an amount for any direct expenses already incurred on behalf of the customer in respect of the product. Cleaning Depot can process a refund back onto a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) and into the customer’s bank account. The customer may be liable for credit card administration fees charged to Cleaning Depot by Payfast and the Bank in this regard Cleaning Depot shall not be bound by any incorrect information regarding our products displayed on any third party websites.
